Every invoice contributes

Hostwoody began donating under Sky Web Ltd, our former UK company, through a Commercial Participation Agreement with Scotland: The Big Picture. The UK company was closed in 2026 when the business moved to India.

Sky Web, our company in Rajasthan, India, continues the commitment to donate 10% of sales to rewilding in Scotland. The total below includes donations made by both companies.

What rewilding is

Letting nature take care of itself

Rewilding is a progressive approach to conservation. Instead of managing land intensively, it restores ecosystems and reduces human intervention so that natural processes — woodland regeneration, healthy rivers, returning wildlife — can shape land and sea again.

Scotland: The Big Picture works to build support for rewilding across Scotland, connecting landowners, communities and funders to create space for nature at scale.

Rewilding helps
  • Draw down carbon
  • Restore biodiversity
  • Improve water quality
  • Reduce flooding and soil erosion
  • Support rural jobs and eco-tourism
Why it matters

The benefits of rewilding

Climate change mitigation

Restored woodland, peatland and wetland store carbon for centuries.

Biodiversity

Mixed native habitats bring back birds, insects and mammals that intensively managed land can’t support.

Cleaner water

Natural vegetation filters water as it moves through the landscape.

Flood & erosion resilience

Healthy uplands slow water down and hold soil in place, easing flooding downstream.

Local economies

Nature-based tourism and land management create long-term rural work.
