Pay yearly and you get 12 months for the price of 10. Pay every two years and you get 24 months for the price of 20. The monthly equivalent is shown when you choose a term.
Unlimited websites, bandwidth and mailboxes means no fixed allowance for normal website use. A fair usage policy still applies — for example, each account can use up to 10% of platform processing capacity and databases are limited to 1 GB each. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Yes. Hosting comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, limited to one per customer. Domain registrations and renewals, premium SSL certificates, add-ons, VPS and managed cloud hosting can’t be refunded. Consumers also keep their statutory rights.
Yes. You can move to a different plan from your control panel, for example from WindBoost to SolarPro if you start using non-WordPress apps.
Plans renew at the current price for your chosen term. If prices change, we give you at least 14 days’ notice before the new price applies.
Customers who join receive a unique referral link and earn 20% commission on each successful referral, paid within 30 days once you reach the £50 minimum payout.
No. Every plan includes daily backups with seven days of restore points. Timeline Backup Pro is an optional add-on that extends this to 30 days for websites and email and 60 days for databases.
